At Attarah Marrakech, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy is valid for 3 calendar days from the date of receiving the order. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it for a refund, provided that the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions:

• Perishable products are completely excluded from the return option.
• The product must be different from the description provided.
• It must be in its original packaging and unused.
• It must not have been damaged.

All returned products are inspected to ensure they meet these conditions.

If any of the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Proof of Purchase:

To complete the return process, we require a purchase invoice or any other proof of purchase. We will not process refunds without proof of purchase.

Discounted Products:

Only products outside the scope of promotions and discounts can be returned. Unfortunately, products purchased during sales or clearance offers cannot be returned.
